“...there are more expenses associated with being rich, and I won’t pretend to know their ‘struggle’ (though I hope to find out someday).”

If my estimations are correct, we should be very close to the Honorable Richard J Daly plaza.

Someone hasn’t seen The Blues Brothers.

I read “hardcore girl who grinds on bulkheads” and thought “Yeah, that about sums Jack’s behavior.”

Who even fights in Civ VI?

You’re not really any kind of a strategist then. Portals for mass invasions are kind of a major construction project, and generally only lend themselves to ground campaigns. Meanwhile, if you have a ship in orbit, you can control the skies and make landings in territories not under your control.

Your ire or fear or digust is ridiculous. Space travel is a thing because Orcs, from the start, are aliens. There’s more than one way to get from one planet to another in the Warcraft lore. With magic, it’s even easy.

As someone who plays KSP, I can tell you’ve never heard of an SSTO.

So, you like flying machines?

I’m guessing you don’t like Gnomish Flying Machines, either.

I’m of European descent, my wife is Pacific Islander. Even through her clogged sinuses and allergies, she can smell when day-old rice has turned, when I can’t sense any difference at all.

“...those “shortcuts” just made things infinitely more complicated and difficult.”

I... didn’t think chibi could get creepier.

The best F2P game model I saw was Star Trek Online. It gave you ships, gear, rights to trading, full open access to everything except the premium starships. The game, back when the Borg STFs were the endgame content, was extremely fun and rather well made, and I felt totally comfortable paying for ships in the amount

“Hackers”

If it was a Jeep frame, the lander never would have had the delta-v to surface. Impact, yes.

Put a plow on your truck.

I don’t own Civ VI. The conceit of the game being a focus on the cities themselves seems like a MASSIVE leap backwards. So much so, that instead of Civ, I started playing Rome: Total War, because what I wanted from Civ was a higher unit resolution, not more detailed cities. The added bonus of faction succession

Fun detected.
