Neutral: How would you sell the Viper? More power? More options? More advertising?

I agree with you Mr. Orlove on the 1977-79 curved rear glass B-bodies. I owned a '77 Impala 2-door myself. I have also owned a 1989 9C1 Caprice. That was a fantastic, spacious, nearly unbreakable car. But if I could only buy one, it would be another late '70s 2-door, hopefully not in shit brown again, tho.

A 1977 Chevrolet Impala Aerocoupe, tan vinyl top over shit brown, with a 350 4-bolt main truck motor. Went through 2 transmissions. Got in an accident- the header panel and left fender needed replacement, so I found each at the junkyard. The header panel was maroon, and the fender was light blue with a black spray

The manual transmission is a 100-year-old anachronism and it should go away.

About 14 or 15 years ago, I was driving to work in my '89 Chevy Caprice 9c1 on an Interstate highway that loops around the north side of a Midwestern capitol city. Unbeknownst to me, traffic had come to a complete stop ahead of me. When I saw it, I slammed on the brakes, locking all four up. I was headed straight for

I thought it was already confirmed that a reworked Auris was going to be the third-gen xB. I was hoping they'd make it boxier. I'm still driving my 1st gen xB (239,000+ miles and going strong) and, by the looks of it, will be doing so for years to come.

This brings up a lot of memories. I drove my parents' '79 Chevette in high school, and my intent was to get it to do a smoky burnout someday. I thought a turbo Buick V6 would be the maximum engine that would fit. Who knew a big block could go in there? I certainly didn't.

Knight Rider was my favorite TV show as a kid in the 80s, so I like this a lot. But I have to say that you will get pulled over frequently, if you're even allowed to register the car, because of the forward facing red lights. Many states ban those for all but emergency vehicles.

My favorite- the unfinished Fontainebleau resort in Las Vegas. Topped out at 68 stories & 735 feet (224 meters) but never opened. Construction started in early 2007, right at the peak of Vegas strip gaming revenue, but halted because of the severe downturn. Carl Icann bought it from the bankruptcy auction and has

I was a cab driver for a little over a year here in an upper Midwest capitol city. We were drug tested upon hiring, and randomly after. We had to have a chauffeur's license, which to get you had your driving record closely scrutinized, and buy an insurance bond from the cab company. I quit because the (lack of) money

The 1963 Z11 Chevy Impala. Featuring a stroked 409 with dual 4-barrel Carter carbs, a stripped interior and aluminum body panels, it was meant to dominate the drag strip AND DID. It could rip off low-11 second times on the bad tires of the day. The true origins of the muscle car- before there was GTO, there was Z11.

My parents had a '79. I wrecked it for them in the summer of '91. Their replacement for it was a '91 Honda Civic wagon. Since then, they've had a succession of Hondas. They never have thanked me for getting them out of Chevette hell.

The music playing is "Understanding" by Evanescence, a very rare and wonderful track. In fact, most of their stuff pre-Fallen is very good, if you can find it.
