Yeah, it was complete bullshit when the vanilla game first came out because of how little content there was. When the base game only has 6 strikes and one of them is PS exclusive, then 20% of the strikes were being withheld.

99% of those people are salary paid employees or fixed term contractors. I can guarantee you that extra $5 isn’t going anywhere near their pocket.

It’s the reason I never got the second Tomb Raider, by the time it came out on the PS4 I no longer cared.

Destiny is particularly terrible, as by the time the content comes out, it’s irrelevant and out of rotation.
