I love Wrath of Khan; I find the others almost unwatchable. All of the others.

I hated the 2009 reboot. I've liked each subsequent one a tiny bit more than the previous.

I would've liked it in Undiscovered Country if the Klingons have, like, their own philosophy or their own writers.

David has a tendency to take on books for protagonists he has no idea how to write and then turning them into something that he likes and/or understands. Even during his long Hulk run, every fifty issues David would re-invent Bruce …

Ice skating for fun, not to save life.

Me too! I saw it during its first run, maybe over Thanksgiving break or early December. Was blown away by it. Still probably one of my favorite movies.

I disagree very strongly with this:
"efforts to avoid cutting while moving the camera all over the place are fundamentally misguided."
But I enjoyed the article.

I knew nothing about this movie, other than that Anna Kendrick once listed it as her favorite movie. Thanks for the writeup!
