Whenever I point this out to Coloradoans, they always go “oh, that’s why they do that!”.  Where Colorado registration stickers go on the license plate:

I have a 2018 4Runner that has been lifted and armored since day 1, I also help run a Toyota-based offroading club here in Colorado.

The US doesn’t refine the oil it produces because our last major refinery in the US was built in 1976, when we were importing all of our oil from the Middle East. We saw the same large gap in additional nuclear power generation until recently. Hence the “our biggest threat to energy security isn’t other countries,

Just because the oil is sourced here does not mean that oil stays here.

The sooner that the nearly 300 million vehicles get off of oil in the United States the better for our national security and for our foreign policy.

It is honestly too much of a learning curve for many.

Last year we bought a ‘22 Chevy Bolt EV, and liked it so much that earlier this year we replaced it with a ‘23 Chevy Bolt EUV. To me, the biggest mistake Chevy is making is cancelling the Bolt and pushing all customers up to the Blazer EV (which starts at $49K).

Are you trying to say that there is a grammar rule that all proper nouns must be in bold???

Maybe if you hadn’t put The Root in bold

I chose that particular outlet because it’s the most applicable one on Kinja, unlike the “obsessed with the culture of cars” outlet that we’re having this discussion on.

I don’t think anybody really wanted this. The article is just detailing one more thing Musk has said would happen which now isn’t.

What part of my original post is racist?  I’m just wondering how differently this would be covered by another outlet.

Despite GM CEO Mary Barry

I hope The Root covers this so we can compare.

Now, the Tesla boss has been forced to admit defeat once again as no new Tesla’s will ship with support for Steam games on their infotainment systems.

I present to you the GWagen 4x4 Squared:

This is why gun control needs to be a federal issue.
...
What’s the point of having a patchwork quilt of different rules about guns when it can completely undercut one state’s efforts to control guns.

I wonder how many of these guns-in-cars thefts came from the entire car being stolen? In 2022 we had just over a million cars stolen, or one every 30 seconds.  If 3% of those cars had a gun in them, that’s half the scope of the problem.

Citing Jalopnik’s obsessive coverage of everything Tesla or Elon Musk does isn’t supporting Elon. Maybe it’s just wanting a better website to read about cars, one that doesn’t come off like a scorned teenage popstar who can’t shut up about her ex.  I suspect that you don’t need any more confirmation of your bias

Tesla also has the first 3 slots under “Latest”:
