It costs as much as it’s competition.

hey nissan, where is your Ford GT? grow a pair already and push a boundary
Sure, as long as you don’t get an early one, and then let a dealership work on it...
Keeping enthusiasts happy, who notoriously don’t spend on new cars
The RCF is basically Toyota’s version of “fine, if you pay us enough we’ll build you a sportscar”. And to your point, the complaints can mostly be summed up that it’s more GT car than sportscar. They could have spec’d this car at a level that allowed it to be rebadged as the Supra, but then the question is how much…
If you think the reviews on the RCF have been lukewarm, try subtracting 2 cylinders / 1.5 liters / 165 horsepower and keeping the curb weight basically the same. The RC350 is a coupe for newly single but successful women in their late 40's whose kids have outgrown a car seat.

If that extra 4 horsepower can be accomplished simply by tuning, why not give the Subaru car the same tune?
there is some regional variation in used car pricing too.
Bought my ‘11 FJ Cruiser new in March 2011 for $31.5K. Moved to Colorado for offroading, put $13K in mods into it — bumpers, roof rack, steel armor, lift, wheels / tires etc. I was offroad 26 weekends that first year, 20 weekends the second year. I’ve done the vast majority of the named trails in the state. Helped…
Engine tuning and changing gearing sound like big investments for little discernible reward
Karl Urban > Stallone
If I had $160K to spend on a car that I woould heep for >10 years, though, I would consider the NSX over a 911 (but I’d probably be just as happy with a Lexus LC500 and a Toyota Highlander).

It’s the Bronco Sport, not the Bronco, and sure they “tested it in extreme conditions” but...it’s the Bronco Sport. Figuring out that driveline parts from the Ford Escape aren’t suited to any version of “offroading” isn’t a bug, it’s the whole point.
No, it doesn’t. The car charger comes with an adapter, but I’ve never needed a non-Tesla charger.
It isn’t enough to just provide the chargers every few miles.
I’m going to assume that’s Marble to Crystal, and not Schofield Pass? We used to do an annual camping trip at those spots along the river before the mill, until they all got posted as private property. They even put a fence up at the mill and made taking photos a giant pain.
