Well, I think a refit of the 1GR is in order - specifically for direct injection. A 4.0 DI 1GR could probably hit 300hp/300ft-lb and gain a little ground on the MPG front.

The fun rabbit hole this photo led me down:

I’ve seen a bunch of Infiniti suv on a yard once and the guy explained that there has been a derailment, and that the RR doesn’t take insurances

It’s an industry-wide issue.

My Honda’s were all made in the US. They’re more American than most Fords are.

Whether it’s GM’s cylinder deactivation eating valvetrains or Ford’s 5.4 shooting plugs (2V) or breaking plugs (3V) or any of the other timing issues those had, my love of cars has sadly become a love-hate relationship.

Sadly it would use the 3.5L from the new Tacoma and be universally hated (as the ‘21+ 6th gen 4R is rumored to do). But hey, at least it would pump up old FJ prices even higher...

and put the search on “nationwide.”

Not sure why the TOYOTA logos aren’t body color from the factory, but a little bit of touch-up paint and voila:

I know different features will fit different drivers but I was surprised to see that you seemed displeased with the KO2s after my very positive experience.

I always thought that they looked like a slightly longer MR2 Spyder. When your legendary car company’s halo car looks like the worst MR2, you did something wrong.

It has become the new original NSX

I have KO2s now and I love everything about them. They are better at everything than the Duratracs.

Coworker of mine owns a ‘97 NSX, ‘03 S2000 and a CRX that he autocrosses.

The reality is that the Red Bull team had a better tire strategy and Max had more grip at the end of the race, he essentially outraced both Leclerc and Bottas by ~7 seconds over the last 12-15 laps of the race. He deserved to win.

Do you really need a 7.3 liter V8?

I’m happy to give bonus points to any “offroad” model of a vehicle that comes with Duratrac tires. Just slapping some BFG AT KO2's on is lazy. I spend 10-15 weekends a year offroad in the Colorado Rockies and you can count the BFG’s on on hand, where half the trucks there will be on Duratracs.

It’s fine that you love Toyota and love spouting their reliability crap

The Journey is the cheapest 3 row CUV on the market, hence bought by families with tight budgets.
