So I guess we're not going to get to mourn Chris and Anna here.

My 70 year old grandma used to play with us. She wasn't playing Quake, i can tell you.

Not that Kristen Bell would be any more believable in that sceneā€¦

I've seen it characterized as a book that's popular with bros but come on, it's not Bukowski. It's flawed but a deeply human book. Not at all convinced anyone is actually reading IJ to impress their buddies. It's a great damn book.

I've always loved the Waiting Room aria.

"Time is a fast circle"

I really dig this response.

Don't tell that guy here who's always going on about his imaginary kid.

Glad I'm not the only one who thought the move to mimeograph was a bad idea.

I've read the books and I liked the trailer too. But 88 minutes? No way that's going to work.

Well, that's true. But they were still usually presented in the context of jokes (a dance off for Marky Mark's character growth moment, "you're sweaty" when they make up). It hit somewhere in between for me.

No saying it was a great movie, but I just watched Daddy's Home with Marky Mark and Will Ferrell. It was 90 minutes long, had minimal "revelatory moments", felt scripted rather than improvised, and was so refreshing.

Riddler and Penguin are the only characters on Gotham that sort of make sense so I like them.

I love Buffy but they never did crack that werewolf costuming.

If Trump makes it four years, they may not have any choice.

That seems completely unbelievable, so I guess I need to watch it.

McCartney is unbelievable live. Not a legacy act at all. He clearly still loves it and he sounds great.

I still haven't seen Monkeybone but I think it's on Netflix. Maybe I should.

Season 2 is a very dark piece of work. It just requires a little digging.

It holds up. Dave Foley steals the show though.
