The more I look back on Infinite, the more I think, that as pretty as it was, and as interesting as the story became eventually (after all the errand running crap they pasted into the middle) that it just wasn't a very good game, and I wish I'd never spent $60 on it.

Thank God, I thought I was the only one who knew about the Lizardmen.

Are you aware of the Crew that makes Cthulhu Saves the World and the Penny Arcade games? They are more like the traditional turn based non-strategy games you're looking for.

I can do more than that, I can wait until it's on sale through Steam for a fraction of the current price!

This sounds terrible. No one knew what the aliens were until they picked up Ripley at the beginning of Aliens. They specifically said that no one has even seen anything like the Alien at the colony. Now suddenly Ripley's daughter has encountered the Aliens? Who shits these ideas out, and who the fuck greenlights

I haven't played it in years unfortunately, I lost one of the discs. From what I remember, the game itself doesn't change too much, but the clues and V-K tests do, and that's how you figure out who to remember. You don't play as Decker, but as a rookie (I think) Blade Runner investing a case at the same time as

Fucking amazing

Chiming in late to this thread, but I highly recommend picking up the 90's PC Blade Runner. In addition to copying the look and feel of the movie wonderfully, if you do enjoy it is has tons of re-playability, because the game randomly decides which NPC's are Replicant's at the onset of every new game. And, as it was

As versatile and deep as the series is, it wasn't until Skyrim that The Elder Scrolls started generating somewhat attractive player characters. Looks like they've nailed attractive character creation for The Elder Scrolls Online.

I thought the Argonians were amazing out of the box.

At the heart of the matter, it's really not the same, but this is one of the thing I really loved about the new generation of Fallout. While it may not have stayed true to the RPG heart of the original games, in nature and tone, it felt like more of an evolution of the FPS games I used to enjoy, as opposed to today's

I think it's Dogg when he's rapping and Lion (Lionn?) when its reggae.

"The series has so far stuck to a one-size-all difficulty setting...The current default auto-aim system makes downing enemy choppers a cinch and turns every firefight into a formulaic affair."

This is why the first thing I do in all RockStar games is turn on free aim. With default aim or aim assist on, its a really

"For better or worse, if I wanted to see the best of GTA Online had to offer, I was going to have to submit myself to the occasional random assault."

In my opinion, the biggest problem isn't the random killings that occur sometimes, but the fact that none of the people who randomly kill me while I'm trying to do my own

Saga is fucking amazing.

I found the opposite last night, I could not get anyone to race, whereas I never had a problem getting players for deathmatches or missions.

"Pretty sure I've been tricked into Curling."

Tricked into curling? Curling is awesome, and is easily my favorite part of the winter Olympics.
