@pauljones: See the most I ever did (after being rear ended) was the alternator, fixed the oil leak, and 2 new coil packs and plug cables when I started to see it missfire and the plug gap was within spec. My dad had the timing chain adjusted before I got the car from him but otherwise just the routine stuff

@pauljones: Compared to many others Saturn's are much better than they get credit for. The only problems the S-series ever really had was a oil issue that you could easily correct once people learned how to work on them.
