Best case, they have a good relationship and this was just a "fluke." Worst case, they have a terrible relationship (on account of all the public humiliation and child abuse) and this was just one incident in a pattern of bad behavior.

From a user's perspective, Windows 7 and OSX may appear similar. From anyone with a deeper knowledge of operating systems, they are not even close. Unix is superior in more ways than I can list here. That's not to say that Windows 7 isn't good, or acceptable, or maybe even desirable because of its ubiquity.
