I’ll add to this. I was lead to Adult Children of Alcoholics by a therapist last year. It’s a 12 step spiritual (not religious) program. My parents didn’t drink but were uber religious. It has helped me deal with a lot of my problems and has seriously changed my life. I highly recommend.

I can attest to to this. My brother was under investigation for being a pedophile. He and his wife (under investigation too) were dead by suicide within months. Honestly, I didn’t blame him (for dying by suicide).
