I feel the exact opposite, from my experience at the Whole Foods over here. Before Amazon, there was noticeable empty floor space where product used to be, especially in the produce section. It was like they removed half of the free-standing produce island displays. After Amazon, those islands are back, and filled

There are valid reasons to change cars, like “I have a full size pickup that I don’t need and which gets crap mileage, so I’m trading it in for a CR-V.” but the idea of trading a Kia with a warranty for an older BMW without one says “I have this objectively good car that’s not flash enough for me, so I want one

Right. Only one perspective considers science and reality. That’s an argument idiots make.

Bullshit. German sedans depreciate because people know that not only are they likely to break down after 50K miles, when they do, it’s going to cost you a shitload to get them fixed.

“Democrats can be too big of a tent,”

That is so obviously not what that commenter is saying that I’m wondering how you managed to pull what you wrote out of your ass.

Old-fashioned quote, since formatting tools (and other features) of the former Kinja sites remain broken. I first reported this fact three months ago, yet they remain broken. Please ask the programmers again to fix this problem.

Be honest with yourself: What do you think I’m wrong about? I get that you want him to have a chance, but be rational about this. He was universally known from the start. His poll numbers have been static (i.e., he doesn’t lose support, but he doesn’t gain it either). Everybody knows who he is and what he stands for an

Or because its a reliable truck that drives like a car, gets good MPG, and doesn’t have the “tiny dick” syndrome of truck bro buyers.

White people problems, am I right?

Has it ever not sucked though?

Most buyers in this segment with 2 wheel drive vehicles do not know which wheels of their car are driven. They do not notice the difference in driving characteristics either. BMW has researched this extensively. From that perspective, a cheaper and more spacious FWD layout makes more sense than RWD.

I hope most people can support their cause, but I don’t have a hard time understanding why MLS doesn’t want a significant paramilitary contingent at their games. Regardless of what they profess, a bunch of people calling themselves the Iron Front, wearing masks and waving flags can be off-putting to many people who

I don’t think you’re grasping the point of the rule - it’s actually to protect the defense. You’ve seen how long it can take for a player to get out of the stands or the dugout after making a catch - often, enough would-be time for the runners to advance more than one base after tagging up (especially if the player

I think panels like these should just be hard-wired to an exhaust fan so that the car doesn’t get so hot in the sun. Might help preserve the interior bits as well.

I think I want a Genesis G70 more over this though.

I find it kind of sad that the F&I guy won’t just accept “No”, and has to continue with higher and higher pressure tactics to try to get you to agree.

More importantly, more reasons for you to feel smug about it and tell everyone.

My biggest point was, have you ever timed that “5 minutes”? Next time you go to Boston, actually time it.

Statistically when the player base starts to drop queue times go up. When you have longer queue times without playing over time it wears and players lose interest. They are probably doing this to shorten queue times and try to retain more of their player base.
