It just goes to show you, no matter what country or culture you come from, rich douche bags are the same the world over.

This ridiculous article on a nothing scandal is why we can’t have nice things anymore.
“When they leave the factory, these (electric vehicles) are at a disadvantage. They contain more steel. The brakes are bigger. The battery packs are certainly heavier.”
If only we could harness the meathead energy of these guys we would have clean, limitless energy forever.
I wouldn’t say they are NOT not trying to blow it up.
Do we really need another $140,000 EV? Nope. Can’t we focus our engineering skills and creativity to making an EV that works for the masses and can actually help solve the climate change crisis?
The only reason we even talk about something like this is because Tesla has a pretty good, transparent pricing process. Any other manufacturer raises the MSRP $500 and we would never even notice because it is so impossible to know what these cars really sell for with markups and rebates. At lease if I want to buy a…
This is what puzzles me about the right wing fever swamp, they keep trying and failing to attack Biden. Why attack him about being unable to drive when he is sort of famous for being a car guy?
Really odd headline. Sounds like one of the most complete and comprehensive public apologies I have seen so I really don’t get why it isn’t enough. Oh, and the whole “she said something really mean in 2006 so must be cancelled” is exactly why everyone hates cancel culture.
Hmm...the headline and focus of this article seems off. Let me try:
Ah, so the award was for retaliation after a harassments complaint rather than missing out on pizza. Makes more sense than the terrible headline.
I had my very worst dealer experience at BMW and my best at Acura so you never know. The BMW salesman disappeared as soon as I agreed on a price and no one took any time to show me how to operate the features of the vehicle. The finance guy lied to me repeatedly and told me I would regret not adding the extended…
Ugh. Why. Just....why. Why do we care about zero to 60 for a freaking pickup truck? What the hell is wrong with us? What is next? High performance garbage trucks?
Was he wearing a seat belt? Doesn’t seem like it. There has been some interesting research on how police officers are becoming so paranoid about violence (assuming everyone has a gun...especially brown people) that they don’t want to use seat belts because they could slow their exit from their vehicle.
Really? Maybe he didn’t have any friends with pools? Maybe his community and schools didn’t have pools? Maybe his parents couldn’t afford swim lessons or take the time off of work to take him to swim lessons? There are alot of reasons people might not be able to swim. You need to get out of your bubble.
Counterpoint: Used cars are the new “affordable cars”. Auto reliability has skyrocketed over the past two decades. It is now a better move to buy a mid priced or luxury car used than it is to buy a brand new economy car. Why buy a new Nissan Versa when you can get a 5 year old Honda Accord for a similar price?
Can we re-examine the premise here?
The answer to this is simple. Outlaw level 2 automation. It will never be safe enough. Require level 3 or even level 4. Of course, Musk would hate it because it requires ugly LIDAR and other sensors that ruin the look of a vehicle but they also provide a far greater level of situational awareness.
Sorry, even if the boy struck his girlfriend he did not deserve to be immediately executed. Are you suggesting that anyone who ever fights with your kids will be murdered? You sound like a psycopath.
Ok smart guy, so you think it is a better solution to go in guns blazing? If there were any other kids in the restroom you think this would be safer for them?
