This is completely irrational and doesn’t reflect what is actually happening.  In most metro areas where there is a housing crunch, the problem is that developers are NOT building enough rental properties.  There is more money to be made in selling high end homes or condos.  This isn’t a case of rental stock blocking…

I’m thrilled to see any corporate leader lean towards honesty and doing the right thing rather than covering up.  We need to get to a place where the consequences of covering up are so large that no one would punish someone for coming forward to report bad actions.

Just to point out that Hutton was 19 at the time this allegedly happened. It comes across as far more creepy to put up a picture of him at his current age of 59 but for anyone who was young in 1981 the idea of a 14 year old and a 19 year old hooking up was not considered odd at all.
