None of this matters. This is NASCAR. They change the rules EVERY year. Most of the “new format” will change next season. This is why I stopped watching it.

Agreed. 37 here and I have always thought it was ridiculous. 15 minutes to play 3 clock minutes... Really? Also, cut 4 innings off of Baseball games while they’re at it.
