The whole line about “it has no idea what it wants to be.” Yes it does. It wants to be a home console you can take with you. You don’t like the size of it as a portable. But I do! You don’t like it’s underpowered-ness but I accept that as a trade-off for the portability which I really like.

I don’t remember a lot from seeing the original anime movie as a kid but where are all the Tachikoma? I saw one big looking robot in the trailer but I really liked those things and will be bummed if they aren’t in this.

I just want to point out that one of my favorite games that’s never on this list was “Ghost in the shell” on ps2. I loved the movement controls and that one skyscraper level jumping from building to building and latching onto the side. Sliding up the outside, popping off, so much fun.
