Not condoning this, but I have to say that looked a lot less reckless than I was expecting.
I don't think its the lowest, but here is my rationale. Take the fastest manned jet in the world (SR-71 Blackbird) and fly it as low as possible. There is a winning combination right there. It doesn't have to be really low, just awesome low.
I think any lower and you would crash.
