I finally got around to reading the Hobbit, Fellowship of the Ring, and a Picture of Dorian Gray. Working my way through Sharp Objects right now. Got halfway through Cormac McCarthy's The Crossing, and will probably pick it back up soon.

This God character is a bit inconsistent between chapters. The bit about killing his son was a bit melodramatic. Two golden calves out of four.
