I doubt it’s as clear cut as that, but I’m sure there are some rural areas where otherwise strong candidates are being passed over because they hold a stance that’s reasonably popular in their area. If Republicans have taught us anything, it’s that it’s more important to get your people elected than for your elected

Pretty much every bank does the same, for the same reason.

I’m not really sure I’d call Pac-man popular, especially not cross-generationaly. The latest game was indie tier, and only sells for $10. Just because you like a game, doesn’t mean everyone does.

Then read a book. This is a game, part of the appeal is the quality of its art.

But this game’s style isn’t softer or less visually clear. It used the best graphics it could when it was released, to make it look as realistic as possible. We’re not talking about a sprite game like Disgaea, which purposefully sacrifices graphics for artistic effect.

A high resolution, high polygon, and as photorealisticas possible picture of Stary Night is better than a shitty one. You’re confusing the painting’s artistic style with its image quality.

That’s kind of the point of a game though: You do everything right, and you’re rewarded with victory. This is like playing through Mario, beating Bowser, rescuing Peach, only for her to tell you she likes it there and you should just go home. Or if Lord of the Rings ended with Gollum taking the ring and running off,

If $20, or even $60, got you exactly one painting, and that painting turned out to be shit, then yeah, I think asking for my money back would be pretty reasonable.

Unlocking everything doesn’t help much when decks are 30 cards max, and mostly commons and rares.

You must be really bad at this game if it takes you 1-2 hours a day to finish your quests. Because that’s all you really need to get enough dust for a couple of solid decks. Spending money will get you more different decks, but there are plenty that can get to legend with only a single legendary (Pirate, Quest

I took a month long break, and thanks in part to the fire and ice festivals, I’m still going into Frozen Throne with 6k gold. It’s piss easy to earn gold in this game, and it’s probably one of the least P2W ccgs I’ve ever played.

I don’t see why Airbnb would be liable for anything this guy does. You can’t honestly expect them to do a full background check on everybody they partner with.

Isn’t that pretty much what the south winning would have looked like though? Their main goal was to stretch things out until the North got tired of fighting. If the north isn’t fighting anymore, there’s not a lot of difference between that and the South successfully seceding.

This shit has to have been in the works for years now. Scrapping it just because the political climate changed would have cost them a shit ton of money. I’m not saying now isn’t a bad time for this, but they’re stuck between a rock and a hard place, and this is probably the better of two bad options.

File in small claims court. If you win, you can garnish his wages or seize and sell his property. I don’t know what state you live in, but in mine, the small claims process was designed to be cheap and easy to navigate.

So I managed to get a three day weekend by being stuck in an elevator. Just as I was getting in from the parking lot, the thing stopped, and I was stuck for about an hour and a half before someone pried it open and let me out. After that happened, work just told me to take the rest of the day off with pay.

Wouldn’t it be a civil violation though, as in something you can take him to court over?

Which is why he suggested judicial consent before anyone under 18 can get married.

Instead of an outright ban, Christie proposed a ban on all marriages for minors under 16, and requiring judicial consent for marriage between 16- and 17-year-olds.

The guy had $4000 in cash, why does it matter what his credit was like? He could have easily bought a good, used car for that much.
