Wouldn’t call it an issue. Just needs some adjustments. It’s those little things that could be tightened up manufacturing wise, but a large part of that is dealer prep too that they’re working on doing more training with.

A base Bonneville with Mag wheels and some bolt one are what you’re after.

The Bonnie or Sportster 883’s are no screamers. With the significantly lighter weight on the GT, you could easily cruise around 60. Anything above 70 though is uncomfortable.

Build quality is “ok,” I definitely would not say it’s poor.
