This is just personal opinion but I really don’t consider the interior “minimalist heaven.” Usually that not only means the subject is simple but is also elegant in its simplicity. The horizontal shelf that is the dashboard with a GIANT FUCKING TABLET COMPUTER staring at you from the center looks vaguely futuristic…

Exactly. There’s nothing “minimalist” about it. They just jammed all the controls into a flat glass rectangle. Everything is still there, only harder to get to.

I like a good minimalist interior. It makes sense that this car would have one.

The Model S interior is cheap for its price point so I knew the Model 3 would have to look cheap, but damn this is terrible. Some call it minimalist, but we know that is a fancy sales term for saving money to get the car at ~35k msrp. Hahaha that just looks bad.
