I've decided I really miss the persistent drumming, shuffling music from the original series. Granted, music is used to much greater effect this time around, there was something a bit more accessible and playful back then when there was almost always some music from Angelo B in the background.

It was a really odd thing he did in that shot. It started with the top of her face cut off…then when you hear the accelerator go and the tires squeal on the pavement, it pans quickly up to show her whole face…as if the car itself is helping position the camera and set up the framing.
