I was wondering this too. It seems like this couldn't possibly be how the whole season will go…unless they make it more like a collection of accounts, with other people coming to the house

Yeah…in the beginning, I was a bit confused as to the "real" Millers vs. the "actors". It's weird because the former appear younger than the latter…so it feels like it should have been the other way around, with Sarah Paulson being the "real" Shelby and Lily Rabe being the re-enactor Shelby.
Yeah…for some reason I believe I was aware of the deal before it came out, so I never thought it was real. I think perhaps there was a story or site that spoiled it…? I can't remember. I just remember wondering why everyone thought the movie was maybe real.
I don't dance, but if I did I would say that is just about the least "danceable" track ever.
If they just strung a bunch of these trailers together for an hour each week, I'd probably watch it. But then they have to add in these actors that spoil everything with their stupid drama, ruining what could be a good thing.
You're right. I'm not smooth enough to say it like that, though. I'd get all tongue-tied and end up talking about pointy birds, o pointy pointy…
I'm sorry. I probably could have done better if I'd known.
I took an impromptu banjo lesson from Howard Finster on the front porch of his house at Paradise Gardens. True story. Almost completely unrelated to this article, but it's the first time in 20 years I've been able to find an opportunity to say that since banjos don't often come up in casual conversation.
This.
I hear they cut out a scene after that which shows it all being inside the imagination of an autistic boy with a snow globe.
Go away and let me choose the most unbelievable part of the most impossible situation that troubles me most!
Sooo…does Jacobs ever say WHY the car flies? If he doesn't know, then isn't the coma dream just as valid a reason as any other that someone comes up with?
I'm honestly pretty troubled by the apparent superhuman sense of smell that zombies appear to have…even though they are by all accounts dead and actively decaying.
I know, right?!?! That's the one I downloaded and played endlessly in the 90s once I figured out what it was (it wasn't so easy to find that information out 20+ years ago, pre-Google).
Ahhh…my longest running 'celebrity' crush…
What I've come to realize is they are setting the finale of this season up to finally line up with the ending of the third book. Basically Ethan Burke recognizes the abbies are not mindless creatures and saves/releases a female. He then gambles on the fact that this act of mercy could have effects further down the…
Whew…I was worried that somehow I missed the boat on what was considered good. Hard to tell here in AV Club…
Bleed your own blood?

I know I'll get hate for this…but I confess to being a tad disappointed that 'Dodgeball' wasn't on the list.
Good book, but the audio version has quite possibly the worst narrator in the history of audio books. Cross between John Giorno and an illiterate Kindergarten teacher.
