Music can definitely influence or take away from a game, I totally agree. Footsteps, breathing, tiny scratches, all those things get tossed to the side in favor of a slow rise in tremolo violins.

This style makes much more sense, as even '10s' have flaws and '3s' have redeeming qualities; your reviews are easier to decide if it's a game that *I* will like, and decide based on what you consider the flaws and highlights of the game are.

i think there's a definite bell-curve to drinking and video games. A few drinks, and you're a bit more relaxed, maybe even a tad better.
