Walking back to the garage, there was no way he did not see that a crew member was laying in the pit box with half a dozen people attending to him. So yeah, he should have gone over to check on him in the same way coaches check on injured players who are being attended to by the trainers.

I agree. I have owned a circular saw for years, but finally bought a miter saw a couple years ago when I needed to make some angled cuts that needed to be accurate. Now, if I need to hack something to length, I find it easier to just do it on the miter saw. Wish I had gotten it earlier.

Really? I’m not sure when I started to morph from turn signals to directional signals. Some times I just shorten it to directionals. That’s the first time anyone has remarked about referring to turn signals the way I do. Interesting.

I agree that directionals should be amber. The rear directions on german car are red, but the front side marker directions were amber. I swapped them out for clean lenses with amber LEDs. Of course, here in Raleigh, no one uses their damn directionals, so I’m not sure it matters WHAT color they are.

I remember learning about the walk signal tip back in the 80s from reading mainstream motorcycle magazines.

Since we got our first microwave in the early 80s (?) my mom would re-heat coffee many hours later, or even a day later. I always thought it tasted pretty terrible. Maybe I’s a snob, but even after a couple hours, sitting in the pot in the coffee maker it starts to taste burnt to me.

About 25 years ago, I was driving from NY to Los Angles. I had previously experienced vast expanses of interstate highways in this country, so when I got to Arizona, I thought I would divert my route to enjoy the scenery and solitude.
