Reminds me of The Harbinger from Fable 1 that required a good amount of strength to pull it out of the stone.

Bada bum bum buuuuuum, I'm lovi— OH GOD WHAT THE HELL IS THIS

Multiple variant covers. Definitely multiple variant covers; that alone might have contributed most to the eventual and never-to-fully-recover-from crash of the industry because of over-zealous collectors and over-eager marketing decisions. Greed: Fucking up America since July 4th, 1776.

Specialty covers. I happened to own a piece of a comic book shop that opened just as the comic-book craze hit, and people were crazy for those specialty covers. No one was as crazy for them, though, as the publishers, who came up with increasingly weird covers.

ok, i'm ashamed to admit it, but at this stage in my life (north of 40)- i can't tell the difference between blue-ray and 4k... even at the store, the kid (early 20's) who was demonstrating them was incredulous at my inability to appreciate the difference. Sigh, SPAM.

As a full-time working adult, I actually returned to my childhood bedtime. 9:30 PM and I am in bed. Of course, I am a morning person, so I'm up between 5:00-6:00.

Must've been ten when I saw Fritz the Cat for the first time. Boy, was I not ready for that.

i can't even google image search "Grave of the Fireflies" without thinking that life is a cruel meaningless burden.
