He does kids music in a group called Casper Babypants. Am I falling into some inside joke here? Like, opposite day stuff? I come here often, but I don't know this joke. anyway, his cover of Sliver is great. I had to babysit my niece the other day and she wanted me to sing her the "Grandma take me home" song. She's off

I think everyone knew those bands were Christian. They just didn't shove it down our throats quite as much.

I used to really like The Gadjits 1st album. Party Girl and Traffic Tickets were such fun songs. I saw them open for the RX Bandits at the Fireside. That was a pretty good show.

It could have been The Black Eyed Peas or Kool Keith. All those Warped Tours are a blur now. I saw all of them perform there at some time or another.

My roommate and I said the same exact thing, but then they kept using "butt" throughout the episode, so we were okay with it.

As someone who loathed DMB, it always cracked me up how the huge fans referred to the band as "Dave" as if they were on a first name basis with him. This joke was absolutely perfect.

My pain and sadness is more sad and painful than yours.

Am I going to be the first to say he sounds like Superchunk's singer? He always has. Why is Superchunk not emo?

An article on Less Than Jake and Tim and Eric right in a row. The AV Club loves me today.

They're one of my favorite live bands. I first saw them at Ska Against Racism and there was so much going on on-stage. I still have silly string embedded into the LTJ shirt I bought.

Best bit The Onion ever did…"ska band outnumbers crowd." I love ska, but that's comedy gold.

Oh God, me too. At least he was a relative unknown back then.

Has anybody seen Mud? Neckbone (is that it) is wearing a Fugazi shirt. It's really DIY looking. Did Fugazi have shirts at some point?

I've never been a hipster and was into NMH when they were around. To be fair, I was a music director at my high school radio station and we played them because they were big in CMJ and we were trying to be a college radio station. I still skew towards punk rock, but they hold a special place in my heart. My friends as

He looks kind of like this guy who kicked my ass a few years back.

Counterfeit Money Machine has got to be during the encore, right?

Bye Daddy. I'm dying.

I am also 31 and still listen to every single one of those bands. I'd still see ska shows if there were still ska shows in the area. The only ska band that comes around is Deals Gone Bad as the current singer is from my area.

Some people find him hilarious. Probably because he is.

Oh, the days of Moon Ska. I remember them fondly. I also look forward to the ska-punk aspects. It was a fun time to be a teen in the late 90's, skanking my cares away. My first major concert outside my home town was the first Ska Against Racism in Chicago. What a lineup. MU330, Mustard Plug, The Blue Meanies, Less
