I think it’s too early to know who the audience of the show is meant to be because either everyone reporting about it is too busy saying it’s going to be a racist piece of trash and the worst thing every put to television. Maybe other’s are also saying it’s going to be a liberal left dream about how terrible the right…
I never got to play Summoner but I liked Summoner 2 a lot. I thought it was a really cool game that was a bit unlike anything else. You had third person action combat on a magic tropical island and then you’re sitting in a throne room making judgements over the problems of the kingdom.
I’m fairly sure I own Guerrilla and Armageddon from some Humble Bundle or THQ pack. I know I loaded one up for a few minutes, my space trench coat glitched out and wouldn’t stop spazzing all over the screen.
A year or so ago I went back to replay Red Faction (original). I loved it when I was a kid. Would spend evenings just picking up rocket launchers on multiplayer maps and blowing holes into the wall to see how far I could go. It was amazing at the tie.
I got hours into the game during that replay, got to a part that…
Nailed it*
*This joke aside he doesn’t really look like him at all.
Harada has just been to meet Arc System Works, so it’s entirely possible someone from one of those games ends up in Tekken.
McGregor is most likely casually racist, in the way that a lot of people of his age, from his background are*. He’s likely just saying stupid shit to people to rile them up in order to get under their skin.
Does it excuse what he’s saying? No not really. This is what fighters do though. Both of the fighters involved…
It sort of happened when they started being sold absolutely everywhere and anywhere. They got super popular, stocked in every type of store and that’s when people decided they’re terrible and that if you have some you should feel bad - even though they might be the only way to get a figure that you like or even just a…
It felt like they used to be alright with the Warcraft Premium line ones, back when it was just sort of a random assortment of characters. Their HOTS ones seem to be pretty much dead, getting very few releases and being incredibly slow between them - though that could well be because they partnered with NECA on it.
Some real nice countryside there. Nice fields, nice houses, good roads, good weather.
Sentiment, pride, belief in what they represent. Selling them off maybe.
“Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy — PS4, Vita”
I was going to say the same thing about the same game. We’ve a small Netrunner community where I live. The Netrunner community has a good number of female players who’ve been with it since the start and have never felt unwelcomed.
So why is this really a big deal? Is it seen as a bad thing or is it just that out of the several ways to say “I” - everyone in Japan had agreed that this would be the last method the pun making skeleton man would use?
Is this being seen as a bad thing or just a surprise?
I’m sure it will come in time. In a blog post by him on the Playstation US blog he pretty much explains that the reason he wanted to do this was because the Japanese PC gamer base is so small and he wants more of the people from the country who made the games that inspired Undertale to be able to play it.
Can you believe people thought the Mako was bad?
Give it until their next event with new skins and they’ll have spun this into a silly “in joke”. They’ll just slap an actual arrow sign on him somewhere that’s recognizable to everyone as an arrow sign.
I went to see a Jets game when I visited NYC. They won. It was fun! But you have my condolences.
I’d imagine it’s a grey area that they mostly lean towards disliking. For example, selling these sort of services in WoW for real world money is against the TOS and will get you a ban on both sides (boosters/customers). People will pay real money to others in WoW to get boosted for achievements, mounts, higher ranking…
