The Spectre with Ostrander and Mandrake in the 1990's was really good and went for years if I’m not mistaken. I’d say at the worst it’s the most underrated run for one of DC’s most powerful characters.

Is it possible to hire someone with a brain who can run a program properly? It seem there is no end to misconduct in college sports. The money has blinded the universities into doing the wrong thing time after time. No ethics and no morals...hope they can sleep at night.
