I was a little miffed when I learned the PS3 remake of Okami, amazing though that game is, just took the original and upped the frame rate, while stretching the aspect ratio. It rarely affects the enjoyment factor of replaying the game, but for a film nerd like me I cannot stop noticing it.

When George Bush senior apologized, he didn’t try and give context, he just said he was sorry, which at the bare minimum…

You’re right, but I think it’s more about the fact that he thinks this reveal offers some sort of explanation; like it’s an excuse for assault, or it explains why he could’ve did what he’s accused of. It’s by default saying that the out version of Spacey has an excuse for behaving this way, and that’s really gross.…

Because revealing that information, at this time, is a plea for sympathy. Which someone does not deserve, if they are being accused of assault.
