I bit the bullet and finally watched Steven Universe. Just finished the two-part season finale today. The short running times make for substantial entertainment before heading to do work. I relate the most to Pearl; sweet, tightly wound Pearl. And like Ms. Chavez, I still hum Giant Woman to myself every so often.

Man, I really craved for those pies every time they showed onscreen. Gruyere-infused crust sounds like a damn delight.

Godspeed to Shelby and Caroline.

Ben Whishaw isn't bad, but an Indian actor would be better. Why not Shazad Latif, soon to be in the next season of Penny Dreadful?

"Aah! I left my backpack in the porta-potty."
"Too late. Some guy stepped in."
"Maybe he'll finish my math homework. Maybe he'll start it too."

You could have been Summer Frankenstein, Bob!

Makes sense. Ryan Murphy is especially versed in being a one-hit wonder himself.

I want an AV Club Adorable Grandparents / Old Folks' Week now please.

I admit that "Dracula: Dead and Loving It" and "Robin Hood: Men in Tights" had weak endings, but they're wonderful parodies nonetheless. I can't hate on Leslie Nielsen and Roger Rees.

Dignifying Trump's candidacy implies he has any dignity at all.

Word crimes!

Good God, we need less characters not more.

I'm sure Rebecca said, "That's demeaning towards EVERYBODY."

I can, It's IGN.
