I get a lot of this, I really do. But I would never, EVER, put my hand in a public bowl and wipe out a skid mark.

+1!

Exactly! It isn't a cry it is an involuntary leak! You're just so angry that you don't even feel them, your body doesn't shudder like a cry but moisture is definitely streaming down your cheeks.

I feel you, I also work in technology and in a male dominated office. It isn't easy but I'm really fortunate to have a lot of great women in senior positions where I'm at.

Wow, this .gif is going in the collection. Excellent placement!

When she said she didn't think she was worthy enough anyway it completely broke my heart. You build up this anger toward these guys while reading the article and the end just deflates it all. I just want to give the girl a hug.

I hope you guys find a way. I'm rooting for you.

I just can't wrap my mind around that amount of money. I don't know nearly enough about this issue to make an informed comment but holy shit how can anyone afford to adopt?

I read the set up for your comments and get so excited! The build up to what you're going to say is almost as good as whatever your point is.

Have we ever come to a conclusion on whether that is a perm or not?

This is too funny, the same goes for my guy and I. It has gotten to the point now where we have a running tally of all the things I get complimented on that he picked out. He's just that good I guess. Haha.

Thank you for being you! This was an excellent post!

This! I remember when I worked at Starbucks we would have competitions with the boys over who could carry the most gallon jugs of milk! With an average sized fram I was an absolute beast. Haha.

Wow, I was thinking the same exact thing! A little white hat would definitely tip the scales into Halloween territory.

I think the fact that she is starting a dialogue on such a big stage is important. She seems to have acknowledged the inequity and wants to know what can be done about it.

I love it! It is such a welcome break from all the flowing, tons of extensions goddess hair that every other starlet seems to have.

Agreed, I honestly can't think of a single girl that I was close with that hasn't need the morning after pill at some point. Of course this isn't a subject I discuss with every casual female acquaintance but of my close group of friends we all used it at some point.

I heard the story was fake but it still killed me.

I really like this take on the cover! That's a really good point.
