It's not really a remake, just a re-release that attempts to make the graphics more palatable for iPad.

I really like it, too.
You're right. They were real assholes to risk releasing Child of Light, even though they probably knew it wouldn't make money like their ten yearly versions of Assassin's Creed. And they were real assholes to actually do something with an old classic like HoMM, even if it's not what people apparently want.
Jeez, didn't realize how much people hate Ubisoft. I think that's a little unfair. I don't care much about their big franchises, but you have to give them props for risking it with stuff like Child of Light, and the fact they even BOTHERED to do anything with HoMM is more than most companies would.
Wall of whine
Okay, well I have now reached the point where I am going to attempt to rationalize why it's funny and why it should be funny to you (which I realize defeats the entire purpose of humor in a way). Seriously though, did you not see Capri Sun commercials in the '90s and, even as a kid, think, wtf? This is made for…
Hope this week is a great one for you!
Why are they shaped like toilet bowls?
I can't help but feel like if the genders were reversed here, the advice would be different.
Proud Kickstarter backer here (cue people whining about how Kickstarter sucks—shut up and back good stuff!).
This is going to come off as mean, but why do people care about overpriced hunks of plastic? It's because they're fun to collect or what? I have enough crap in my living space already.
I remember when he said the three pillars were: GameCube, Game Boy Advance, and Nintendo DS (Nintendo DS announcement). One of those pillars quickly got dropped (can you imagine which one), and I would think health care is another that could be quickly jettisoned.
I can see making that mistake. Normally a quick save option exits you out of the game and deletes the save data when you load it.
Yikes, this sounds a little hard even for me. I guess as long as you can quick save and thereby prevent yourself from losing hours of progress.
I care about the faceplates but not as much as I just wanted something more compact. The XL is too big. I carried my old XL around in pocket for years, and it's a major pain in the butt, so I quit.
Really cool article. This applies to so much in life, not just creative jobs. I really like that, distinguishing between what's urgent and what's important and doing what's important. As a school counselor, that's something I need to do daily, and I'll now be doing it with a new though process. And of course the…
Wow! Looks like the dungeons aren't going to be randomized this time? That would make me really happy.
Atlus will give it to us!
Seriously? People are thinking about bike shafts? I totally thought this was about the fake open legs.
