I'm confused! Who said it runs good on an older PC? (That's great if so, though.)

I'm pretty sure my PC can't run this game on ultra, at least not at 60 fps.

Huh?? So cruelty to animals for charity? I understand needing to eat, but is that the normal practice, tying them to something alive until they're ready to eat? Maybe it's a joke and I don't get it.

That's going to be jarring. I named them both the same thing in P3 and P4 and am quite used to them being expressionless blocks of nothingness.

Yeah, I like that. It's funny how the P3 music was a bit of a shock to me at first, but now I love this "genre" (at least in the context of Persona games).

I felt alienated by this game's weird "console controls" and never really got that into it. As cool as the "newer" LucasArts games (Full Throttle, Grim Fandango) were, I think their golden age was the SCUMM stuff: Monkey Island 1 and 2, the two Indiana Jones games, Loom, Day of the Tentacle...

I really want a true Monkey Island 3, but I suppose that'll never happen. I'd settle for a re-mastered Day of the Tentacle, though, and a Day of the Tentacle 2 (Maniac Mansion 3??)

Maybe it's not far-fetched... Who knows. I like to think everyone and everything is still out there, and I think that would mean we are actually already out there right now, even though we think we're only right here.

So true. And the best gaming ghost stories arise out of this kind of thing too, like that weird Morrowind mod (which probably doesn't exist) where everyone keeps saying to watch the sky. That's almost the same kind of seemingly unnatural glitch sort of deal. I'm all creeped out now.
