Yeah, honestly, #1 is my reason, too, and my library is like 99% on Steam. I am just that lazy. I have Sims 3 on there and have only played it enough to say "Jeez, this is way more complicated than Sims 1 or 2."

WAIT WHAT, ARE YOU SAYING KOTAKU PROMOTES PIRACY?
Jeez, people are so skeptical. You're so desperate for everyone to agree with your opinion that you honestly can't believe someone would genuinely hold a different one?
How are you guys able to tell what password it was that got leaked? The tool thing for me only says it's likely my e-mail was on the list, not what password it was.
Yeah, at least with Xenoblade it was purchasable directly from Nintendo as well. The timing is what really kills this for me anyway. Which maybe is good, because maybe I wouldn't be able to get one anyway and would just be depressed.
And it was a video, so actually maybe it was better.
IGN did this ages ago with the Oblivion interface. It wasn't as good, but it was more original.
Looks neat! I want it on Steam, though!
Would still be kind of neat, though. If it were a design for a New 3DS XL, I'd probably go for it as soon as it was available (or sooner), even though I hate Gamestop.
Wait, what? But this is for North America.
We don't know what it looks like on the inside yet, do we? But yeah, agreed—the NES- and Famicom-styled GBA SP design is hard to improve upon.
Don't get why they're releasing this now, what with the New 3DS models coming out in Japan soon and presumably the rest of the world within a year.
I just bought one recently on eBay for more than I should have paid (in really rough condition), but I love it. GBA doesn't seem very old to me, but I guess I must be older than you guys.
Confusion is understandable, because it seems like a really strange time to release a funky cool 3DS XL design when the New 3DS etc. will be coming out eventually.
You can kind of pretend, though. At one point it looks like something stuck to it, and there's other stuff kind of dangling off (that was already on it, admittedly).
You'd be risking bodily harm. Human bones don't handle large objects very well.
Seems like this kind of defeats the purpose of a mobile device in a lot of cases since you need wi-fi. I guess maybe people will like sitting on their couch with a tablet and streaming it. It's not a bad idea, but I'm not interested.
Payback for all the white people running around with weird tattoos done in Chinese characters, I guess.
I was speaking about Nintendo of America. Nintendo of Japan's game-making teams had little or nothing to do with Nintendo of America's marketing teams. But if you want me to say the games are weird, yes, they were, and are, weird. :)
I wish they'd release these games in the U.S. already.
