I think this is a situation where there is no good solution, no black and white, only a sticky greyness where no matter what you do, you screw over a lot of disadvantaged women.

Doesn't it depend on what type of game you play? If it's a co-operative game like an MMO and you're doing a quest or something, it might be considered good teamwork. If it's a vs. game... then yeah it might be cheating.
