I’d be surprised to meet anyone who hasn’t forgotten their wallet somewhere at some point in time.

When people start inching towards the red light in front of me, I tend to just stay where I am because I have a manual and in my mind I’m saving a bit of my clutch instead of effectively going nowhere

I needed a 4x4 pickup that wouldn’t destroy my budget, so I just bought an outgoing f150 for an excellent price. Maybe not the most modern truck, but fx4 trim and the ecooboost definitely make it capable.

I watched the whole thing, what do i win.

Am I the only one that thinks the Up! is the spiritual beetle successor?

Depending on what you buy sometimes you can get a good deal on a new vehicle. I purchased a 2013 F-150 in March and some used car places are now selling the same truck, generally with more mileage, for more than I paid.

When my wife's '92 Civic was nearly done, I made sure we donated it to a charity that was guaranteed to have it crushed so that its dignity would live on.

As a conductor I used to jump off moving freight cars, they were never moving faster than a brisk walk though and even that could be tricky. Playing in and around trains is generally a bad idea, they tend to be very unforgiving.

I love it when people with 4 or all wheel drive think it makes a difference on snow and ice without the proper tires.

I have some nice winter tires on it which makes it better than you would think. Also not a GT (durr hurr waste of money), so less power probably makes it more manageable. Hooning is easy, but a fwd car is definitely easier to keep on the road.

I moved to Edmonton 4 years ago from Montreal. One of the first things I noticed was that people were still driving Hummers and I still haven't been able wrap my head around it.

I drive my mustang through the winter with a good set of winter tires. I am alive.

Basically, it's falling apart, damaging cars in the process. KamikazePigeon adds more:

I bought one of these new, it was the same price as a hyundai accent and had way more options. Not a bad deal imo.

Many cars in Canada use fog lights now as daytime running lights, which are mandatory. It isn't mandated in the US to my knowledge, maybe some cars still come with them.
