There a floor to price that can generate profitability though. And it that price point is still perceived to be too high for a majority of the population, because our economy is crap and/or other reasons *cough*Tariffs*cough* then a company will just go out of business.

I would prefer that they decouple autonomous driving from EV production. I feel like Tesla could sell a lot more car if htey didn’t include all the autonomous tech in every model and lowered the price. Or better yet, never bothered with the autonomous side to begin with.

A big problem with the housing market was ARMs with low opening rates that I guess people assumed wouldn’t actually go up.

Wonder if the sales slump will be to a buyer’s advantage or not. I’ll be in the market for a compact SUV (for my wife who demands it, don’t shoot me) and hoping to score some kind of deal in that particular segment.

Yeah his real “wealth” comes mostly from the value of his property he acquired decades ago from his family money. Anyone in the NYC area who held land for several decades has done very well, whether they meant it as an investment or not.
