I can’t imagine the man-hours it would take to search people’s facebook history and friend’s history, interpret whether they have accidents, and then tweak their rates based on that, would be a positive cost-benefit.
I think there’s a law against that sort of thing, like how companies can’t charge you higher health insurance premiums if you don’t join a gym and exercise 3 times a week. They can offer minor incentives for healthy habits,like a free smart watch or some extra HSA money, but that’s it.
