Maybe I'm an uncultured philistine, but for 20 years and through my film-snobbiest phase, I've never understood the vitriol for Forrest Gump.

I do not get the unabashed love for Ghost Protocol. I don't dislike it or anything, but its feels like a letdown after part 3 and the psychotic genius of PSH. And Jeremy Renner, as usual (outside of American Hustle) is dead weight.

The best thing would have been if they reconstructed it to find Dan Aykroyd.

I wonder if she even returns Sarah Michelle Gellar's calls

I used to think Alyson Hannigan was only getting hotter with age, but then I saw American Reunion and I think whatever spell she was under wore off.

True

The only problem I have with this review is that its likely to convince some people to see this hollow, soulless remake. It takes a solid hour to get to any RoboCoppin' and when it finally does, its still Murphy under the helmet. There's no wrestling with humanity, some weak commentary on drone warfare (hey,

Yeah! I want them to look like old Circuit City salesmen too!

Wait, I thought we all agreed Magic Mike, Tatum, and McConaughey were all A-OK now…

Doesn't Daly have some weird social media bunker on the Today Show now?

I got bored with it after about 30 pages. I mean I saw Galaxy Quest, you know?

I laughed like a horse at the 2002 NBA All Stars reference

Oh I loved it. But the 3rd act seems a little odd in a movie based on a toy line that seems to trade in like 75% licensed properties now

I thought that was Mega Blocks: The Motion Picture

I can't help but feel a twinge of cynicism at the movie's insistence
that these quite expensive toys are meant for playing and if you don't do that,
you're the bad guy

What would your mama say?

Walking Dead. I quit cold turkey after episode 1 of season 2. People say its gotten better and the fandom is huge, but the show had its chance with me and I have no regrets.

Or that "Peg" is the password for the Batputer

Andy Bernard deserved better than the abomination he became. How many different character shifts did he have? Like 5?

I buy every single MST3K DVD release, so I didn't feel to bad about torrenting the ones not available at retail. I have probably 40 episodes on tape, but I haven't really looked for anyone who wants them.
