I went to a car show recently and was both shocked and amused by the fact that there was actually a PT Cruiser club there. It was mostly made up of middle-aged and older women, and that, in itself, makes it pretty damn cool to me. Anything to break up the sea of old guys in Hawaiian shirts, says the old guy who

For the record, an acutal Cossie, in similar condition is $45K in the UK. And the steering wheel is on the wrong side. And it still costs $3K+ to get it here. Sure, it’s “Real” and it has 4wd, but is it $33K better than this thing? I’m not sure. This Fauxworth is good enough to be a fun and different car. The seller

Someone should add a roadside assistance truck to the installation and make it complete.

I don’t care much for Porsches, but I do appreciate a nice switch panel like this; I’d love one in my WRX.

If you have details please put them in the comments.

I have no details about this event. So I’m just going to leave this comment here.

Crack pipe. I don't think many of you realize just how ungodly slow a car of that size with 90 horsepower is.

I’m usually the first to start complaining when people start posting Panthers for the wrong reasons. However, I do not think that it is misplaced here. It’s extremely comfortable on the highway, gets surprisingly good gas mileage for what it is (I’ve seen mid-high 20s on the highway), has a trunk you could live in, is

I don’t care that much about mileage. I also don’t care for newish cars, so there’s that. With older cars maintenance and how it was driven is way more important than mileage. Would you rather buy a 10 year old car (let’s say: a Camry)

I was being a smart @ss with my reply...there’s a guy elsewhere in the thread saying the price is stupid because he can buy that car in Japan for $5K...

Oh fuck off. What’s the dollar amount you’d be comfortable with a total stranger worth $100MM spending on his wife’s jewelry?

Kimi seemed unaffected by the gas.

Couldn’t they have picked a less lovable F1 driver to target? =/

Careful there hoss, you’re getting awfully close to “body shaming” there. Don’t let the harpies from Lezebel catch you.

(Edited my long rant about Jalopnik culture) .. yes, its stupid.

This is true. Any engine will benefit from more gears in a transmission (up to a point, anyway).

There’s a bunch of reasons, but a big one is that they didn’t need to.

4.10s.

They only had so much space for the transmission, but they needed each gear to be large to handle the v8. Also, it was cheaper and easier to work on lol
