Did anyone actually look at the data source used for the heatmap?

This map is kind of misleading. It shows Texas as one of the slower states, yet Texas is one of the few places where you can get gigabit (1,000 Mbps) from multiple ISPs.

Or just fly Southwest and change your flight as often as neccessary with no change fees and no fees to check a bag. Problem solved.

Yeah, as a matter of fact. But to be fair, not *all* of California.

Usually, but not always. In legal terms "public property" is a distinction from a "highway" or "road", specifically because a "highway" or "road" could be private property, such as a toll road.

Just ECM re-programming. The stock Duramax already has over-engineered intake and exhaust. You can get up to about 550 HP without touching anything but computer programming. You can go higher than that but you need to upgrade the transmission to handle the extra power.

I also realize now I shouldn't have said "production", because it implies "not modified".

Well you already mentioned the Audi R8 diesel which is a very fast car. Then there's:

Exactly. You can't use a parking lot or driveway to bypass a light. But taking a side street is completely legal. Driving on a road is not the same as "driving on public property". It's not vague, it's common sense.

Well, the thing is you never need "proof". You only need to be beyond a "reasonable doubt" in legal terms to be found guilty of a crime. So if you enter a business from one street and zoom across it and make a right turn, the officer has enough evidence to be beyond a "reasonable doubt" that your intent was to use

In Austin, no-one knows how to do this. They don't enter the intersection at all, then when the light turns yellow, they just keep sitting there. Not a single car passes through on a yellow light in Austin.

It has nothing to do with it being a diesel. My diesel pickup truck can out accelerate most cars off the line, and all but the sportiest cars from 0-60. I can smoke all 4 tires off the line and hit 60 mph in under 6 seconds. Some of the fastest production cars ever made sport diesel engines.

Uh, no. There's no law that says you can't turn right before an intersection to avoid that intersection.

"I don't think it's fair to cite stats like that in the absence of evidence in this instance of what did or didn't happen. I assume Temkin is innocent until proven guilty, as I hope everyone else does."

Reserve America sucks for so many reasons. As an avid camper for years, I've grown to hate this website.

I call BS. I have been traveling for work for 8+ years now. I generally stay at Marriott's when possible but I often end up at other hotel chains as well. I've been a Platinum member at Marriott most of the years because I often spend over 120 nights a year in that chain. And it's extremely rare to find a hotel

As a few others have pointed out, this is quite an idiotic comment. Planes are not "designed" to lose "one engine". That assumption is ludacris. Planes are designed to have enough engine power to maintain crusing speed at a criusing altitude. If a plane needs 200,000 lbs of thrust to fly at 560 mph at 40,000 ft,

I agree 100%. My vote is for the WD.

Lithium batteries won't let you fully discharge them. They almost always include protection circuits that disconnect the battery before it reaches the danger zone. This is why devices that use lithium ion batteris don't "run down". They run fine until they reach the danger point and then they cut off completely
