@Unseelie23: Criminal conspiracy isn't military law. I'm not saying Assange would be held to UCMJ, I'm just saying there's potential for him to be prosecuted for conspiracy in a standard civilian court; AFAIK (and I'm no lawyer) there's no requirement that all parties in a conspiracy have to be able to violate the

@zenneth: I calls em as I sees em. Your comment contained about average dickishness.

@gthing: Maybe you don't realize this, but the US gets people extradited for conspiracy charges all the time.

@Wargazm: What? Bradley Manning isn't American? CALL CNN!

@leonardlow: Prima facie does not mean what you think it means.

@leonardlow: Presumption of innocence only applies to the court room. It may suck sometimes, but we can all presume he's guilty as hell, and we can talk about it all we want.

@zenneth: He can talk about them all he wants. You can talk about how he shouldn't talk about them. He can complain about you talking about how he shouldn't talk about them, etc... etc... until it all turns into a gaint self-masturbatory circle of free speech. Or at least, until the Gizmodo mods send you all to bed

@gthing: Bradley Manning did. And if Assange was in communication with him, encouraging and helping him, then he could be guilty of criminal conspiracy.

Alright, minimalism is officially done. It's over. Graphic designers, it's time for you to find yourselves a new fad.

@fsshariq: Half a board foot per day.

@fsshariq: Half a board foot per day.

Pff. I already know everything.

@das7002: And what evidence is there for that belief? I won't say it's impossible, but it's staggeringly unlikely. There's overwhelming evidence from particle physics to cosmology to pure theory, that the speed of light is the ultimate limit. And there's absolutely no evidence to the contrary.

@Sturm: Fail. That was mace :P.

@MikeHTiger: The problem with arguing with you is that you'll drag me down to your level, and you have more experience.
