Ha, I was going to post the same thing. There are six separate Steve (Stephen) McQueen's listed on IMDB.

Heavenly Creatures - one of my fave movies, and my second favorite Peter Jackson film behind Meet The Feebles.

Emily, good observation on the painting callback. Beyond the melodramatics, Downton Abbey's second go-to is straightforward symbolism, and, according to IMDB, we'll be seeing more of Richard E Grant.

Agreed, I feel they may have hinted at that when Bonnie scolded her for being so picky. I tried to back that up with some hard IMDB info, but he isn't even credited for this one episode.

I completely agree, and planned on making the same comment! What I love about Mom in particular, is that it doesn't shy away from real life financial consequences - which is almost nonexistent in every other sitcom on TV right now.

Countdown to Oprah appearing as Mama Lucious .

I completely agree with the whole 'spoon fed' metaphor. It's something that Daniels has been prone to do in all of his films - to an exhausting end. However, I feel it works within this show. His pulpy and histrionic tendencies mixed with many of the actor's showy performances were very satisfying. Hip-hop

Why does this movie need a theatrical release? Especially a indie project like this? Digital rentals and downloads have become so prevalent lately, and I feel it's probably more financially lucrative for low budget movies. I guess that does depend on the studio (big or small) that is releasing it.

This week in YouPorn videos Brooklyn Nine Nine needs.

This was my favorite Gina episode by far. I agree w/LaToya about the tongue wiggle. Everybody was so strong this episode, so I'll forgive the exclusion of 'Vacation Terry'. Crewes is the only man in the world that can rock Ugg Boots and a fanny pack! I was kind of hoping that Jake would give Holt some party notes.

I was listening to a You Made It Weird podcast with Patton Oswalt where he told Pete Holmes that this has been common knowledge in the 'comedy world' for years. And that most African American comics despised him way before Hannibal Burress' routine. Just found that interesting.

Maybe I feel this way because I'm such a misanthrope about love, but I wasn't necessarily rooting for Val and Mark to get back together. I understand the discomfort and inconvenience she put him through, but I don't feel he reacted appropriately. Renting a new house, not just staying in a hotel? Meeting up with the

It's destructive, but ultimately pointless.

I remember that Faygo came in little round glass bottles.

For some reason, that makes so much sense to me. Probably because the only place I've ever seen it sold was my hick hometown in Indiana.

Quote from linked Reporter article, I agree: Still, “this could have been the biggest VOD title in history,” said an executive at a rival film company, who estimated it might have doubled the $8 million-$10 million that recent on-demand hits like “Snowpiercer” and “Margin Call” took in.

This shit has Anonymous written all over it. I actually feel bad for Rogen and Goldberg, too. I mean, not too bad of course. But even a silly stoner comedy with a thin premise is a work of love. Also, why did Sony have employees credit cards on file? I get the license/passport/address info.

Exactly. And even if it was North Korea, they're not a real threat. They couldn't get a missile to America. And they certainly couldn't pull off 'another 9/11'. It's probably Anonymous.

"America, Fuck Yeah!"

Until today, I was convinced this was some guerrilla marketing campaign. I guess not. It's not as if North Korea hasn't been a comedy mining issue before. Team America? 30Rock? The Sony hackers seem to going to a lot of trouble, which I don't understand either.
