whenever i think of Ryan Gosling, I think of that show he was on when he was a kid that I loved.. Breaker High. I'm glad he's a big star now, he's adorable.
i kind of find it to be strange that she's requesting child support, but seems to have no real means of supporting herself, or her kids. like, does she have a job other than exploiting her kids? it seems to be taking advantage of the system.
I have to say, I think they are the celeb couple I would be the most sad about if they split up..
my uncle became my aunt when i was about 9 or i guess, and my parents explained it to us. I feel like my life was affected so much for the better by being exposed to their acceptance and support of her like that at such a young age. which makes me fear for our future with parents like the ones above spouting out…
i always thought the fact that his story was such a big deal was weird... i mean, he was born of the female sex, and therefore had all the necessary parts to carry a pregnancy. and people were acting as if he were some kind of freak of nature.
i constantly wonder how any woman does it... and yet they do. so good luck to you!!
see, i had eggs that would go bad, so i made banana bread! delish.
upper east, on 1st ave! sticking it out and preparing as much food as possible that might go bad in case of power outage..
i was wondering about that! if there was a reason for the hook up based on Emma.. i've never actually read the book. (i should get on that.)
ten things i hate about you?? did i catch that reference?
ME TOO! this totally influenced my middle school years.. i wore so many argyle socks... i still think a good pair of argyle knee socks and a mini skirt is super hot.
might be my favorite thing ever... brava!
i've always heard that as "my bad!" although it would be quite humorous if the rest of he world was wrong, and you were, in fact, correct.
thats a really good point, which i didn't think of, re: maxxie not changing his orientation. I think it was a slight cop out that they went with a cute teen lesbian instead of a cute flamboyant gay boy. it seems "safer". I actually gave up on US skins after the first episode..
also, not sure if you saw the UK version... Nicholas Hoult is so ridiculously charismatic, it gives the character such a different vibe. it's like he always gets what he wants, and he can do anything because people will let him.. even when he acts like a total asshole. and then of course there's a hugely life changing…
I am admittedly also a major fangirl of the BBC Skins. Imagine my joy when i went to see the broadway show Jerusalem (amazing. just amazing.) and it was starring two skins alums, the lovely young lady who plays Sketch, and the guy that plays the drug dealer (i think?) in the third season. they were fantastic.
i am SO obsessed. what a great show.. Chris just broke my heart.
they were actually following the story line of the UK version...Tony hooks up with Maxxie (the character she replaced), who is a gay boy. Not that it makes it better.
what i liked about jennifer hudson's commercials was that she didn't actually say "i lost 40lbs" or whatever he number might be. her story is more focused on health, and being the right size for you. weight watchers is way better for these things than jenny craig and the horrid nutrisystem. i also happen to be a ww…
