don't you hate that those commercials are always featuring women that are already "skinny" by most standards?
hmm...seems like Utah would be a great place for the next slut walk...
what about if this child grows up to be a female who wants to play with barbies and loves sparkles and wears tutus all day, or a male who just wants to play with trucks and play football. Sometimes it just turns out that way..i mean, gender stereotypes (with all stereotypes) exist for a reason. it seems like that…
read it immediately. actually, you should probably just go ahead and by the whole trilogy, because you will read them all insanely fast. i would literally read those books in like 12 hour stretches. which i've only done previously with the final harry potter book....and i'm letting my nerd flag fly. :)
the book is AMAZING. i haven't seen the movie and am slightly afraid to. the book is always better...
yeah, i don't understand how being incredibly successful amounts to selling your soul.
ugh, had an ex who pulled that on me once too... its incredibly selfish and the worst kind of pressure to put on someone. i believe there's a big difference between a threat to get what you want, and a true cry for help. his was the former.
as long as they get her to sign a release and waive her right to sue, im sure they'll keep putting her on tv. its sick.
um, off the topic, but i just re-watched the pelican brief this weekend and enjoy your "handle". (i don't know what they're calling it these days)
i was so confused about that too! about to do some serious imdb research.
i seriously doubt she will look like that in the movie.. i think thats just photoshop for the mag.
YES! i think i saw that episode recently. generally the law and order universe rule is that you can't be in the same season, or the one before. My old acting teacher, who is amazing, was on the various law and orders probably 5-7 times as different co-star (small role) characters. i love spotting her.
the best part was that she was a total goth chick or something very different than Kathy Stabler.
maybe thats why they havent syndicated the first few seasons! i personally love the SVU seasons where "dennis" from 30 rock (i could look up his name, and LOVE him as an actor, but am too lazy to do so) was a detective, and had a fling with Benson.
considering she played a very traumatized victim in a recent episode, it would be a huge continuity issue for her to suddenly become a main character. not that it's stopped them before, considering Eliot's wife was once a criminal on the show.
its really disturbing that people will use this speculation to sell newspapers, when it could really harm the kid growing up. Plenty of kids dress against gender norms, and it has nothing to do with anything, and i would hope most people would realize that. But these kids don't have US Weekly following them around…
haha...sometimes i wish other people had that kind of awareness on this site. but now im curious as to what you were going to say..
hmm.. first, i thought kids are supposed to drink whole milk. or is that just baby kids? second, i read when searching for alternatives to sports drinks that lowfat chocolate milk is a great recovery drink to replenish calories and provide nutrition after a long run. Granted, most little kids are not out training for…
i already have a pretty big rack, but tried these on just for S&Giggles, and it was HIGHLY amusing. there's so much padding, it literally shoves your entire boob into your cleavage. i think its fun for lingerie, but would be a tad deceptive as beachwear. but to each her own!
