I have that as well, but this was just an example. And I doubt you back up your steam folder. So if your HDD just dies, which I've seen happening, the redownloading would still be necessary.
Luckily, I wasn't planning on moving there anyways. But I'm really surprised though, never thought this would exist so close to the Netherlands.

Just say you charge whatever seems reasonable. My mom pays me 10 euros an hour, because she knows it will cost her more time ergo more money if she tries it herself (also because she costs more then 10 an hour)
I have one standard password username combination, which I use for most sites. If someone gains access to my gawker login they have my facebook and all my forum accounts. But I don't really care about those.
