I definitely liked him more when he was utilized less and more sexually ambiguous/crazy deviant. but jeff is a black hole who already consumed annie and britta so it made sense that pelton would follow suit.

it kinda reminds me of Moral Orel, where it never really took off while it was on and will probably never really take off in the long run, despite being one of the most surprisingly real and emotionally complex comedies (or even dramas) ever produced
I don't even remember him, but that means he took up less screentime, so he's okay in my books
I've been having a really brutal week (I mean, hasn't everyone, but) where I'm feeling like I've completely failed myself on all counts and am worried I'm going to lapse into being suicidal again, and while these episodes didn't exactly help, something about bawling over the death of a man in a dog suit made for a few…
Pelton is the worst character. Oh wait Chang is in the show
haha oh, absolutely, but a 'nice guy' story about shooting people to death somehow couldn't possibly have WORSE timing
A Million Ways To Die In The West picked a pretty bad one too.
actually yes
signing out of twitter, leaving phone on other side of the room. jesus.
should I be watching this? I'm fully aware of all his weaknesses, but I also really like lindelof's strengths. lost burned me badly but maybe this is a different animal?
it's really, really good. I'm not a big marvel fan but this book really gets the humour right, and has just about no soap opera elements (it's completely standalone). each arc is only two issues long (I think there are 5 or 6 story arcs) and there are broccoli-powered robots.
I'm outright a bad person
I cannot fucking stand the show. Nyquil does the same job but quicker.
NEXTWAVE: AGENTS OF HATE is, in my opinion, honestly probably the closest to Guardians the Movie out of anything Marvel has ever produced.
I've been unbelievably cranky on these boards (and maybe in life, not sure) lately. SORRY PALS
yeah but adventure time has that (right down to being as boring as possible) and all these shows are AT clones. varying degrees of quality, sure, but you can't really say that isn't what's going on.
well, free pizza is free pizza.
I've been putting it off because it means I'd have to watch it again, but I'd really like to write a big essay on how it has absolutely zero narrative economy or momentum of any kind.
did you ever hear that interview with lindelof where he explained the logic of what they were thinking going into the last season? it's really, really fucking crazy hearing him explain all the time travel in seasons 3, 4 and 5 was a red herring so we wouldn't suspect their afterlife as an afterlife. classic case of…
The Internship BROKE me. I completely lost my mind watching it and immediately forced all my friends to see it. No other movie goes against my storytelling sensibilities in quite the same way.
