No Harry was ousted when he had his #metoo moment (I think he assaulted someone at that weird butt-numb-a-thon thing he did.)

The researchers were inspired by Star Trek after noticing how the arachnid anatomy resembled that of spaceships seen on the show.

I think the comics industry made a mistake by making all of their books interconnected, requiring you to buy multiple books to get the whole storyline. Even if the tie-ins weren’t that critical to the story, Marvel and DC promoted them like they were, which of course triggered FOMO.

No company lawyer is going to let them say “never.”

Hell, I uninstall games all the time when I get bored, then re-install them a month later.

I’m a fan of superhero movies.  I’m a long time comic nerd.  And yet, at this point I am so burnt out that I can’t get excited for anything from Marvel right now.

His “reviews” were pathetic.  A high school student with an intro to film course under their belt could write better reviews.  They were incoherent ramblings.  When I did frequent that site, it was for other writers, not Harry.

I punted that show at some point.  I think it was the episode where Ensign Ro started vibrating.  It seemed like it was descending into nonsense.

Hollywood craved (and craves) attention to help sell their product. Harry got a couple of scoops and was friends somehow with a couple people in the business. Everyone was happy until Harry’s disgusting behavior became impossible to ignore, whereupon traffic to the site tanked. Does it even still exist? I remember his

Yeah, that ticking clock shit was so gross. Harry Knowles of Ain’t It Cool News had one for Hayden Panettierre during the first season of Heroes; he also wrote a super gross article where he theorized that because her character healed herself no matter what, her hymen would grow back after each sexual encounter and

Why is nobody talking about the other shit these two went through?

Many years ago, I did some IT consulting for people in the industry, and I overheard some really dumb things from studio people. A friend (writer/agent) suggested that Hollywood only makes sense once you realize that the studio execs are all the pointy-haired boss from Dilbert.

Fob doesn’t work from my bathroom.  Nor does it work from the 8th floor of the building I work in.  And if they stop supporting the feature, I stop paying.  What part of this is so difficult for you to understand?

Well, I use the app all the time.  Everyone has different preferences and values things accordingly.  When it’s winter and I get out of the shower, it’s nice to remote start the car so it’s warm when I leave/has defrosted the windshield/etc.  (There are many other ways I use the app; that’s just one example.)

This is the exact same thing that happened in comic books in the 80's and 90's, with exactly the same result.  Those who refuse to learn etc.

I 100% believe this is is a fill-in since the strikes prevent anyone relevant from participating.

hurr durr

Nope.  D+ is getting the 60th Anniversary specials and new seasons as produced by Bad Wolf.  Has nothing to do with previous seasons.

And remote start/unlock via the keyfob should absolutely not require a subscription fee. The app requires a cloud back end even if you’re standing right next to the car, so yeah, a subscription service makes sense.

This right here.
